Just a quick word of warning... A "living revocable" trust isn't the same as a "revocable living" trust to the examiners. So proof those forms guys!


On a brighter note, at least they're looking at my paper form from last summer. I guess it could still be sitting in a box with other forms.

Unfortunately, the examiners are sticklers and require perfection.

Neither of those phrase combinations are in our Trusts. It is unnecessary legalese.
