Hello All ODTers,
I just discovered this site and signed up today. I don't trade or sell guns much but I am currently looking for an LC9 with the Crimson Trace laser. My 44 Red hawk is just too much to tote around, especially the older I get. I have never been a fan of semi-autos until I fired this one. Its features are similar to my wheelgun and small enough to fit in my pocket. My question is this-If I find a pistol in the classifieds and go to meet someone to purchase it, what is the NORMAL procedures for doing this? What can I do to insure the other person is on the up and up? I know some people would be scared of me due to the fact I am a new user. Any advice from some of the older members would be greatly appreciated.
