The Moultrie Game Management system is a cell modem that hooks up Moultrie cameras, and uploads the trail camera photos online in real-time.

This company has varoius options that will txt images straight to your phone (use At&T [GSM] prepaid SIM cards), without requiring a monthly service contract with moultriegamemanagement:

i wish there was an SD card reader for an Iphone. It's a pain to switch out cards. I wanna be able to check it at the game camera on my phone
apple now has an sd card reader that plugs into ipad. Nothing for phone yet, but I keep an ipad mini with me and smiply transfer picks off cameras now, erase card, and trail cam is ready to go again.

Here's what I do w/ my ipad & trail cam.
Bought one of these...http://www.ebay.com/itm/5In1-USB-Ca...Readers_USB_Host_Adapters&hash=item4852761684.
Take the sd card out of the trail cam, plug it into the card reader, plug card reader into ipad/iphone (iphone 5 is a different reader also on ebay for peanuts). Bam! photos show up in an import window on the ipad. I import all, the delete what is on the card & stick the card back into the cam.
The unit can be a lil flaky. I have to insert/reinsert it into the ipad a couple of times before it recognizes. But it has worked everytime. Best of all, it was $4 off ebay.
