Good! The longer they wait the longer the support for it will falter.... Unless there is another mass shooting which I wouldn't be surprised if something is rigged to pass legislation... But thats another topic. Plus with all these proposals like Feinstein's, who is going to pay to expand the ATF and register all of these guns?
 
Ha! Obama can always borrow the money to "buy back" our guns.

Only the house can initiate legislation to levy taxes. Feinsteins proposed gun bill includes a tax on "NFA" guns. Feinstein is a senator. Can she legally initiate a tax bill under the guise of a gun ban?
 
Why not.........that's why the 60 BILLION in Federal Disaster relief was not voted on the night of the Fiscal Cliff debacle because the 60 BILLION.....yep BILLION was so weighted down with earmarks and pork.........they would have rather not dealt with it and taken the beating from Christie and the NY, NJ CONN, reps....than pass that beast!!....They unfortunately can do almost ANYTHING they want cause we the "idiots" put them there!!
