Souse meat, now I am hungry with some hog brains and eggs

Haven't had souse since I was a kid. When my grandparents killed a hog they ate everything but the squeal so we had some interesting meals. Souse still stands out as the one thing I never want to eat again.

Jdm333- yes souse has a strong flavor, I haven’t had it in along time either, but I still can remember the taste.
