Well, my twin brother was the one who saw them and got them help.

He probably saved their life, this happened to my 37 yo neighbor and no one stopped to help her. She ended up passing.

If my brother would have left even a minute earlier, they would have just passed each other or hit head on.

The driver was impinged in really good and the responder crew had to cut the Explorer apart.
