The person that used to live in my house left this in the bathroom. Hes a good middle class dude so I'm sure its something very haberdashery. Maybe a fancy little compact lint brush?

I'm sorry for not giving more detail. I'm in the middle of a yard sale. Laz's Emporium!

The pieces do not assemble together to form 1 long piece. They are about 3-4" long. I don't think its for hair because the blue pieces are felt, although I guess its possible. The packaging is just clear flimsy clamshell.
