A nutritionist I believe would be confined by the restraints of medical guidelines. I'm looking for a more traditional and outside the box thinking.

Have you tried to find a book written by a PH.D that specializes in this and is not trying to sell a product line. A lot of stuff out there you can get high on.

I'm not opposed to getting high but that's not what I'm after...right now.
I've done a lot of research on my own but frankly the information available is confusing and contradictory which is why I'm looking for someone really knowledgeable.

The only ones I can personally vouch for is Korean red ginseng and yohimbe root. I was in the gym working out with same workout partner for over ten years. We would take this 3 times a week. It will make you become a stallion in the bedroom.

I dont know any Chinese Apothecaries but if you have a recommendation I'd be happy to hear it.
