If it has a seven pin trailer connector at the back check and make sure the park lamp circuit is not back feeding 12 v from the 12 v feed I have seen that as well. Also check your ignition switch connector and make sure it’s not melted

I just unplugged all three of the connectors and plugged them back in. Still doing the same thing.That is the origin of what is now called a body control module, they are notorious for electrical issues and usually have severely corroded connections
It’s back feeding voltage from something, check ignition switch for melted wires, look and seven pin wiring for trailer if equipped, pull fuses one by one until lights go out, then see what fuse was pulled and what it powers that will help in tracking down the shortI just unplugged all three of the connectors and plugged them back in.
