If it has a seven pin trailer connector at the back check and make sure the park lamp circuit is not back feeding 12 v from the 12 v feed I have seen that as well. Also check your ignition switch connector and make sure it’s not melted

That is the origin of what is now called a body control module, they are notorious for electrical issues and usually have severely corroded connections

I just unplugged all three of the connectors and plugged them back in. Still doing the same thing.

It’s back feeding voltage from something, check ignition switch for melted wires, look and seven pin wiring for trailer if equipped, pull fuses one by one until lights go out, then see what fuse was pulled and what it powers that will help in tracking down the short

Try pulling the fuse for the parking lights. If they stay on they're getting power from somewhere else. If they go off you can splice into the power side and put a toggle switch somewhere on the dash.
