The prosecution really screwed it up because they made a deal NOT to use his sworn statement to prosecute him ... then did it anyhow. I'm glad he served what time he did but he should have been kept behind bars until the grim reaper showed up.

Anyway, here's my favorite joke about Bill Cosby:

Bill Cosby freed with no further prosecution allowed....great to be black.(and a serial rapist).

I think it's great that there is a court, that in the face of mass hysteria (look up the root of that word) will apply well accepted rules of law.

One of the first things you are taught in first year Con Law is that the 4th and 5th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America were put there to protect the guilty. I think it's an amazing juxtaposition that this ruling was handed down right before Independence Day.
