Well I have been wanting to try this and believe it or not, I'm to tired to eat right now.
Decided on Ribs off the Roast, Yellow squash with sweet onion and Fried taters

Soaked the ribs in apple juice overnight..Then dried and added my rub and into the deep fry..Pulled them out and into the oven at 375 for 20 minutes after I coated them with Q sauce.

Gonna try next time no oven, or a lower heat with less time in..Rib was over cooked..Great flavor but really did not need to go into the oven..I was trying someones recipe and learned a lesson..It's all about experimenting new ways to cook...For me anyways.
 
Looks good! We usually pressure cook beef ribs about 20’minutes and then put in 4 inch deep pan pour barbecue sauce over them cover pan with aluminum foil and put in oven 45 mins to bake at 285 . Meat is moist and tender.
