I don’t care for it either. Too greasy and gamey for my taste, but I’ve only tried it once so a lot of it may depend on how it’s prepared.

I’m like Biker13 in that I have no desire to kill one, but this is a nice, large bear!

I've eaten 2. Not gamey to me. If you fry a steak in the house it smells like a wet dog lives there. Fry it on the porch.
