Eating cheap (and easy) with cast iron meatloaf and microwave mashed taters. This will yield two left over work lunches too.

Haven’t made this in awhile. Shepherds Pie! Mushrooms, onions, hamburger, green beans, corns, beef gravy, mashed potatoes, and a little cheddar cheese. So good!
I've never made it, but I'll have to try.. that looks delicious!

Last night I made some chicken tenders with a chicken broth/sour cream sauce. I was intrigued so I thought I'd try it. Wasn't bad, wasn't a home run either. But the more I ate, the more I liked it.
Might make some adjustments and changes if I make it again.

You should try tuscan chicken! It's pretty good and fresh!
