CZ50 Frame Crack

i have this CZ50 that looks good in every way except for this pin crack. The crack is the broken out barrel retaining pin hole. Should I undo the trade or is this acceptable and safe to shoot?

I just missed it. I didn't catch it until cleaning in last night. Owner seems like a straight up guy. I don't think he knew about it. In looking online, I've seen several in this condition. I haven't see any comments, they just ignore it. The best thing to do is undo the trade I guess. I hate to put the owner in a bind.

Is disassembly acceptable when doing a deal? I've bought some dirty a** pistols, and never have done more than a quick look over/function check.

I can not see the photo real good, but there is a right side plate to this pistol. The verticle line below the barrel trunnion is for the plate.
