Cuban’s use ham...... boy do I miss South Florida FOOD!

There was a little Cuban joint at the corner where I lived in Chicago. It was fantastic!

Everything else is the same? Just use ground or chopped ham? I bet ham, cheese, and potatoes pattied up, breaded and deep fried would be awesome!
