He worked tirelessly to help my Son(No Charges...). But son decided to wait a little bit, see if housing prices comes down a bit, so he can starts the process again!!

it certainly took longer than I hoped , but you definitely defied odds and claimed tip top dollars.
even the local realtors were calling me and saying we were $100k overpriced… I knew we had the comps though.
