The legal age in GA for a CCL is 21. Anyone with a CCL should be able to carry on military installations just like they can elsewhere.
You can't carry on federal installations with or without a CWL.
We "should" be able to but they're right - it is illegal.
Well aware. That's why I said should. The laws should be amended to make military bases similar to any place else in the state.

We should not need a carry license at all for that matter.
You can carry hunting guns on some bases(Moody AFB)(Benning),(Gordon)(Stewart)etc.Base regs differ everywhere.I don`t go to Dobbins for that reason.I may need a weapon enroute or on the way home.A long time ago you could hunt small game on Dobbins on Wednesdays.Times change.I`ve given up commissary,BX,and flying "space-A"in order to carry a weapon.I just don`t go on base or post.
