Well, as luck would have it, I bought / built a couple of new toys recently and was really looking forward to trying them out. I asked the kiddos if they wanted to go shooting yesterday and play with my new toys. Needless to say, they were just slightly less than enthused.

Of all things... THEY WANTED TO GO BOWLING, if you can believe that. BOWLING? Seriously?

But hey, being the great Dad that I am, I am always eager to keep my kids happy and well adjusted, so I offered up a suitable compromise.

We all walked away happy!

I shoot pins once a week in the spring and summer! It's an absolute blast! Those buggers can sure be reluctant to fall off the table sometimes, I'll tell you that.
