Commercial building help

Anyone here an inspector or a Commercial Gc? If so please shoot me your contact info I have some simple questions. We rented a space that was empty and required to build out. I was told 3 different routes but by the owner, the realtor, and my friend who is a builder. I just have some basic questions.
