Class III filing question

My brother and I have a trust set up that both of us can be in possession of each others class III items. He already has an SBR that he bought from a store. I'm planning on SBRing a UZI carbine I recently acquired. My question is, without purchasing from a store, what is the filing process? I'm aware of all of the rules and regulations that go along with class III items. Filing without going through a gun store has me stumped.

The Uzi will be on a Form1, vs your brother's SBR on a Form 4.

You fill out the Form 1, submit it, and wait. After approval, either replace the Uzi barrel, or chop the existing one.

Do not forget the COC. Form 4s go to WV, not Ga.

I will just add that you have to also get the receiver engraved since you will technically become the "manufacturer" of the new NFA item. I would wait until it is approved to get the engraving in case any mistakes are made.
