Well, who over the age of eight didn’t have an idea of the making of these delicacies?
Been eatin’ them for years, no reason to stop.
No worse than any other food processing operation.

I saw recently a documentary on a British Fish "Fingers" making operation. I was seriously impressed. It really is about the freshest fish you'll get outside of catching it yourself.

The "crab meat" Blizzard type emulsified mush in the video posted above? Not impressed. Would eat, but not impressed.

Little Miss Red Boots had a big time! She asked me on the way home if we could do it again tomorrow.

She was precious, energetic, festive and best of all our newest little elf.
