In the beginning I did a lot of prep work Yesterday. Started it this morning and will be a long day.

I use three different meats, Ground chuck, Venison, Bacon..I dice the bacon and cook it down for the for the grease..Then I brown the deer cubes and Ground chuck in the bacon gease..Add my onions and Bell Pepper diced small, four chopped garlic cloves and brown all together. Transfer to crock and add tomato past, beef broth, diced tomatoes and a can of Pintos..I'll cook it down for 3 hrs and then add my spices with diced small celery...
