Evidently conditions are right for ice in this video so it would seem that these folks would slow way down. Driving on ice is bad news for most.
With the snow in N GA, I thought about this. Some of these drivers are real idiots.

When I lived in Northern VA the local NBC station in DC would end some of its winter broadcasts with footage of a certain DC street that had a bad hill. It would freeze over and the fun began. It was funny that even people who knew how to drive in these conditions forgot how to handle it.

Now that right there is why I go over to the neighbors house and tell him my truck won't start and then I use his car. LOL
