Do you carry on an empty chamber?

I carry a USP at times which meets your criteria

As I have stated before I couldn’t change if I wanted to - if I drew my pistol out with one in the chamber the first thing I would do is rack the slide on the draw and throw one out on the floor

Since the consensus is I’m already one round down by not having one in the chamber that would put me two rounds down

So no probably not

only if you didn't replace one in the mag after you loaded the weapon...you seem to be adept at understanding cause and effect...so I stand by my troll comment.

The solid majority of sources online state an empty chamber is due to lack of confidence or lack of knowledge.

The Truth About ‘Israeli Carry’
Israeli Carry pre-dates Israel. Empty-chamber carry was adopted and popularized by legendary close-quarters-combat self-defense instructor W. E. Fairbairn. Firearms instructor Fairbairn considered the relative frequency of administrative [gun] handling vs. gunfighting and declared chamberless carry to be the best method, with the highest gun safety, for people with limited training.

And petty insults only adds to the insecurity in your argument that accompanies your irrational and illogical reasons for not having a round in the chamber.

Out of the thousands of members on this site you seem to be the only one advocating for this method of carry. I legitimately wantes a reason why someone would csrry in this fashion and you provided it. Again irrational and illogical but a reason none the less. Sooo dont know what else you could say to convince the rest of us its the better method.

Well actually they were only 95 that advocated a round in the chamber and for empty chamber I’m not the only one because there were five others and then I believe they were 12 going for tacos

They are not petty insults - They are the observance that you haven’t seemed to comprehend or remember what I’ve responded prior till now
