Remington Model 11 I believe...

More likely a Savage 720. The Remington 11 has rounded protrusions at the receiver end of the forend that mate to the receiver to prevent twisting.

Looks pretty similar to me ,
But both the 720 and Model 11 where clones of the browning A5 so I would say the forends could probably be swapped fairly easy the most drastic differences that I know of are related to shape and length of the tang where it butts to the stock, the stocks are less likely to be able to be swapped.
