it is a scam the elderly and mentally disabled fall for. I was buying a money order at a check cashing place and an old lady was trying to western union money to guy in nigeria whose name she could not pronounce. I tried to talk her out of it, but she said she knew him and a lot of other b.s. so i gave up. Whenever I got these I just let them know that I have contacted some elders in Kenya to put juju on them. then you get them pleading with you not to do it. lmao
