I'm looking for a reliable source of mutton/lamb meat.
Where's a good place to get it?
Has anyone bought it from Nam de Mun in Duluth?

I've never had it like a piece of ham or beef. I've had it in soups and other recipes.

Lamb is a sweet tasty meat, but has a smell you have to get used too.

My Mom would make lamb chop now and then.
I wish that wasn't one of the lost recipe's

I remember they were seasoned with rosemary.
I can almost smell and taste them, they were delicious.
A little greasy, but delicious.

I need to find an Irish pub somewhere, I'd bet they have them on the menu.....

I think mom made lamb chops. I remember she served some kind of meat with mint sauce.
I'll have to ask her.

Nothing wrong with lamb. I like to have chops every once in a while at a restaurant. But have never cooked it myself.
