If you’re going scrambled eggs without a biscuit and sausage gravy, gotta have salsa or lots of Frank’s to spice ‘em up.

I got some hashbrown patties and bacon from the local butcher shop. I fried the bacon, fried some eggs in the bacon grease, baked the hashbrowns...then I crisped them up in the bacon grease. A little cheese to make a hashbrown sandwich, oh man...

Man, I had some leftovers for breakfast at work the next day and it was delicious! I usually bring one of those frozen breakfast mystery meat burritos lol!
