Booting inactive members

I was thinking more along the lines of not a single post, comment, or reaction for several years ought to be deactivated.

The system tracks last log-in date, I think. So genuine lurkers vs 'unused accounts' could be identified

On the other hand, if there's no impact on system storage, performance etc - why would it matter if the account still existed?
