I am planning on boiling peanuts for trunk or treat...

Any experience in different recipes?

If I boil some today for tomorrow how do I keep them fresh and..do I serve them cold?

I put mine in fridge or freezer. Either eat cold or microwave for a few seconds.

I've used Zaterain's Pro Boil to season them some, but I really prefer just salt.

Its just like every other holiday..

They milk it for all its worth...

Yea I am with you I think its better with just salt...

I use salt and piece of smoked ham hock in mine! They will keep several days in fridge and freeze after about 3 days ! They thaw and heat in micro wave fine!

Boiled a batch today! I just use a lot of salt, no specific amount but taste and add during the first three hours.

Salt, whole jalapeno, and fresh garlic whole. Serve hot but, good room temp as well.
