Bobcat + Squirrel + Bluegill = Epic Feast

I always wondered about bobcat. I've heard that mountain lion, or panther or whatever you want to call it, is delicious. So I figured bobcat mighy be tasty as well, but I didnt really want to try it until someone else had tried it and reported it wasnt terrible.

super tasty! I will definitely save more than just the back straps on my next one.

Any side effects from eating cat? (e.g. scratching a post, getting a little crazy around catnip, trying to swat at the goldfish in the tank), sorry couldn't help myself.

I have noticed I hiss from time to time... but it’s not a big deal.

yeah I’ve heard similar things... I’ve heard coyote is just terrible... but that panther, mountain lion, and other big cats are tasty... so I figured I’d try it... that’s why I cooked other meats that same day in case the bobcat was bad haha but to my (and my wife’s) surprise... no joke... one of the best flavored meats I’ve ever had... and I used very little seasoning so we could taste the actual meat... insanely good.

I also kept the head, I’m going to European mount it. My wife (who is obviously smarter than me) won’t let me show the bobcat head to our cat and tell him this is what happens if you mess up...
