Why would anyone sign that, unless it got sprung on them at the last moment? (Then you put fake name down). I have only once contacted someone on an ad that said bill of sale, and then I got out of it. Every other one was sprung on me. That's why I only meet two miles from home now, so I can decline with a laugh and a "get lost!" without even losing on gas.
