This is nothing new. A few years back a soldier opened up on a Ft Bragg PT field.

There was the one in Texas a while back too.
I saw a documentary on Ft Carson (if that's the one close to Col Springs) I believe and how that base is the Army's suicide/homicide meca. A real problem the Army just keeps covering up like its no big deal.
Remember the Arizona football star that was killed by his own too and what an injustice that was to his family.
