Barrel cutting and threading in NEGA?

Bought the wife a heavy barrel savage to hunt with, for absolutely no reason. It has a 20” barrel, and I need it chopped and threaded 1/2x28. Anyone know anyone in the area that can do it? I’m in Jefferson
