Easily, even "just" a 300. But it requires someone who actually knows how to ride.

I would of gotten on the interstate and punched it...but the engine didn't sound too powerful.

The guy in the car was a real jack@$$. But, the guy on the bike also should not have been driving on the wrong side of the road. He should have dropped in behind the car and got a shot of his license plate

Dude should have ditched on a side road. Stopping behind the car leaves you defenseless. Driving on wrong side = not ok, but I can see why he did it in a panic.
