For a year and a half I have had to deal with this woman at work who don’t like one of my girls. Got a new boss in Dec of 18 and ever since its been a bunch of bs. New boss still don’t really know what goes on in my department. About 2 months ago I went and told him to keep her out of the warehouse. None of her accusations could ever be proven. When new boss started the biggest guy on the board of directors told him to stay out if my way and let me do my job. Ive been there 18 years I do know what I am doing. These new people come in and don’t know **** and want to start ****. And I have had enough. Rant over.
