Back when ammo was cheaper to shoot, this was so much fun to attend!

I remember the good ol' Knob Creek "daze"...
Never been but the videos from Knob Creek are legendary.
This was an AEWSOME time!

According to CNN that was Syria.
Knob creek also had awesome gun show sections during the machine gun shoot. You’d be off in warehouse asking questions and parts you were buying and the session for the shoot would end and you realized you were yelling. You also had several dealers with actual transferables for sale. You had some dealers with 20+ transferables for sale on the table. I’ve never been to a better gun show

I remember in the ‘90s you could buy pallets of ammo on site cheap for the weekend shoot.
And then rent a couple of old Army “mules” to carry the ammo, and one for the pallet of guns to the various ranges.
Camping out and the camaraderie of meeting the online “club” members is what really made it for me.
After the 90s, sadly, after a while, it turned into too many spectators coming to the “shows”.
The night shoots were always spectacular though…

At 22:50 the Thompson is one of my favorites. If I could buy a new SMG this would be me one to get.
