I remember on with actual "glory holes" in that same block, and other weird long coat guy, pleasuring stuff. All B movie fodder some maybe xxx tho.

There's always MST3k (Mystery Science Theater 3000). Seriously B movies with often hilarious commentary by "the crew".
The link goes to the MST3k Club site that lists the episodes (with links) by season. The earlier shows with Joel Hodgson hosting are by far the best. IMHO.
