First off, several you know that I work in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer. I have 7 years experience but recently started working for a new bank last month. However the reason for the subject line is that I was just informed last week by my boss that we offer a certain mortgage product that is designed just for the stated above. It is called the Good Neighbor Next Door program. Pretty much it gives the occupant a 50% discount of the purchase price and in return you have to live in the property for at least three years. After that 50% of the balance gets paid off and you can do whatever you decide. (Sale, keep living)
