What am I missing? Haven’t they always looked like that? That’s what mine looked like from 2010 to 2018 across 3 units. Except I had the trijicon.
Exactly. You had a Trijicon. Just posting it for those people (myself included) who like to keep abreast of what our deployed guys and gals are being currently issued. I, myself, was slightly surprised at the CompM4s. I personally know one of the deployed in the photos and his last deployment issued rifle was an M4 with an ACOG, not a RDS.
We had a mix leaders ACOGs and soldiers picked either eotech or RDS. I think aimpoint right?
Yup, I don’t think he got a choice. He personally likes the ACOG, so imagine he would’ve gone with that if he were given the choice.
Ha… I did go out and get one, but I was already in the market before my buddy sent me this picture. It just cemented my choice of which rifle to mount it on.
