So has anyone sold a gun on here , and then have it possibly involved in a crime somewhere else? With the atf questioning you?

I would assume you'd be in the clear when you pull up the messages of who you sold it to.

I wonder if you could claim it was stolen and potentially receive it back? Sell it again make double your money! lol

My dealer told I should be legit , but it still passes me off lol

The atf can very likely access every private message that’s ever been posted on the odt, one way or another, if they get motivated.
