Armalite AR-18 Full auto NO stamp??

What do you guys know about these??? http://www.autoweapons.com/products/ar18.html Apparently full auto with no stamp needed. These are in some grey area loop hole or something. ( not that I fully trust that) (or trust the internet)

But what say you???

Cant find a whole lot on them going in either direction of needing a stamp or not.

Looks like a C&R eligible machine gun. You'll need to apply for you C&R FFL and be subject to all that comes with it.

I doubt they're any different. An MP40 qualifies as C&R...........

Being C&R just means they can ship direct to you as a C&R FFL. Still requires a Form 4.

But if you are c&r do you get to take possession before your stamp comes in?

Why wouldn't this be on a Form 3? Dealer to dealer

I have been out of the gun business for 18 years so I am not up to date on current regulations. Easiest thing to do would get a C&R License. Contact one of the dealers selling an AR 18 to find the current regulations.
