Update: while im waiting for my replacement mags to arrive, i watched the youtube video that promag posted to fix their mag issue (just go to youtube and search for "archangel mosin"). The video tells you to disassemble the mag, push the follwer back in sideways until the sides bulge out, then warm it in the oven for 5 minutes at 220 degrees. Once it cools, the follower wont stick any more and the mag will feed properly.
