I’ve had two. They were junk. Guess I just had bad luck. Zero interest in trying a third.

Man, I should have done a poll... I just don’t see as many negatives for the Ruger but so hard to find right now.

Not a big fan of the Mark’s, want something that’s close to my EDC (365 XL).
OP, look into the TX22. Most $300 .22 pistols are generally about the same. The TX has a lot more features for the same price point. I haven't shot mine yet so I can't compare it directly to my SR22, other than full size vs subcompact.
Loved the ergonomics, trained my wife on it, but like some others here, would only cycle CCI's reliably

Meh. Had one and shot others. Picky on ammo more than any other 22 pistol I've had
I’ve owned both, liked both! Walter seems a bit more ammo sensitive, but CCI works great in either pistol.
Haven't shot the P22 personally.
IIRC, while researching 22 semi-autos some Walther
models are made by Walther factory while other models
farmed out to other manufacturers. 'Real' Walthers have
a certain animal head trademark (Wolf? Elk?) while the others
have none or something else (Beaver? Gerbil?). Think the 22lr
was one of those farmed out but don't quote me.
