Looking for someone that can bend a 7/8" dia. 6061 aluminum pipe with a .062 wall to a 45 degree angle. I'll never do this again so I don't want to buy a bender. I tried the local muffler shop, but he doesn't have a 7/8 die for his machine. Thank you.

I don't know exactly what you're trying to make or how critical the bend might be but have you thought of trying to use a 3/4" EMT bender for electrical conduit? 3/4" EMT's O.D is around .922 and is pretty close to your 7/8" OD.

You can go into home depot and bend your pipe with one of their bendors...I've done it..lol
The tubing is 5' long. I think an EMT bender will give me more of a radius than I'd like to have, but beggars can't be choosers and I'll take whatever I can get. It's not critical, I'm making 2 side rails for my Jon boat. A member PM'd me and he's going to send me a pic of the one he has.
