Anyone familiar with App development for Apple/Android?

Is there anyone on the site who develops or is familiar with the android and apple app stores?

I'm looking for someone to manage updating the apps for me, so I don't have to take a baby steps refresher course every time. Plus I don't have a mac so I have to get someone to do the apple one for me anyway.
