I'm a 3rd shift production supervisor for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. We make the front end crash systems for BMW SUVS. I haven't had a full crew since probably November of last year. Supposed to have 38 to run everything (heavily automated), usually have 23, but we make it work. We are running 5 days full and 1 shift on Saturdays on rotating schedule. I've been automotive in some form or fashion for the past 10 years or so.
