My youngest son recently bought a new one, Within the first month, it shut down and shuttered to the point that they left it on the side of the road for the dealer to tow in. So far, it has spent about 3 weeks at the dealership because of a faulty injector and they couldn't source a replacement. I think he may still be driving a dealership paid for Enterprise rental because they did not have a vehicle to loan him. They really like the vehicle, which has plenty of room for the 3 kids and dog, but not feeling he made the right decision trading in a low mileage Expedition.
