Any good local bolt action builders/machine shop?

I'm looking to get a Tikka T3x varmint threaded in 5/8x24 and contoured to accept a custom AEM5 collar.

If I can't find someone competent that is local, I'll have to ship it off to ADCO or this other place in Iowa Ron Allen recommended.
