Any Avalanche Owners out there?

Just bought an 02 Avalanche z71 and already know there are a few upgrades needed.

First,
Speakers are shot and need to be replaced. Any suggestions on what size use, brand, or type?

Sencond, tires and rims.
This is something that will be upgraded once the funds are built back up but need some advice on which one you think will look best with the truck pictured.

Third, Radio.
Looking for a large screen but don't want to spend more on it than I did for the truck.

I own the same model replaced the 4 door speakers with 6.5 inch kickers from Walmart 62.50 per pair the radio is going to be a bit of a challenge its the GM 1.5 din size all touch screen radios are 2 din so you will have to modify your dash to make it fit or you can get a 1 din radio with a fold out screen problem is the gear shift gets in the way there are custom sub boxes that will fit under the back seat for around a 100 bucks is so plus shipping
